Making Tuition Payments

Cash or personal check payments can be made at BHSU-RC.
Payments by eCheck, debit or credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Discover, VISA) can be made on WebAdvisor using SDePay.
Please note: Your registration will be cancelled for non-payment or for not having other payment arrangements made by the tuition due date. Unless you drop your class(es) prior to the census date, you will be held responsible for all charges including late charges.

Monthly Payment Plan

The SD Board of Regents offers the Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) payment plan to all students.
The cost to participate in the NBS payment plan is $40 per semester.
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month.
This plan usually becomes available about a month prior to the start of the semester—shortly after the bills have been posted. It is not available once the semester begins. To make four equal payments without a down payment, you must sign up early—as soon as the plan is available.
The NBS payment plan offers flexible payment options using either your credit*/debit card or automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. It is not a loan; therefore, you have no debt, no interest or finance charges assessed and no credit check.
*A convenience fee of 2.75% applies to credit card payments—MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are the only credit cards accepted.

Students:

• Go to your WebAdvisor Account
• Select SDePay/View Account form the Financial Information Menu
• Select Make Payment and the e-Cashier logo

Authorized Payers:

• Go to https://sdbor.edu/cost-aid/
• Select eCashier—Authorized Payer Login
• Login to the SDePay for Authorized Payers
