brain health clinic redefining what is possible for cognitive care in rural South
Dakota.
With more than 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist specializing in adult neurological conditions, Tiffany has spent her career walking alongside individuals and families navigating brain injuries, cognitive decline, and life-altering diagnoses. She is a certified brain injury specialist and South Dakota’s first board certified clinician in neurofeedback.
Tiffany founded Minds Matter after recognizing a gap in traditional healthcare: too much focus on diagnosis, not enough on prevention, education, and real-life impact. Today, Minds Matter offers comprehensive brain health evaluations, QEEG brain mapping, therapy, and community education with a bold goal: to prevent dementia whenever possible and to fiercely support those already on the journey.
As a business owner, Tiffany has built a mission-driven company rooted in lifelong learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accessibility for rural communities. She is deeply passionate about empowering women to take ownership of their brain health. At the heart of everything she does is one guiding principle: We all worry about losing our minds.
