Kallie Ruland, Elevate Rapid City - Moderator
Kallie Ruland is the Business Development Manager at Elevate Rapid City, where she plays a key role in supporting business expansion and retention efforts throughout the region. In her position, Kallie works closely with local businesses to identify growth opportunities, connect them with resources, and facilitate strategic initiatives that foster economic development. In addition to her work at Elevate Rapid City, Kallie serves as the West River Trade Specialist for South Dakota Trade. In this role, she is dedicated to advancing export expansion efforts, helping both new and established businesses access international markets. Prior to joining Elevate Rapid City, Kallie served as the Executive Director for the Wall Economic Development Corporation, where she championed community growth and business support. She also gained valuable experience working in U.S. Senator John Thune’s Constituent Services Office in Rapid City. A South Dakota native, Kallie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in business administration from Black Hills State University.
Teresa Sternhagen, ETRIA Products USA Inc.
Teresa Sternhagen is a respected manufacturing leader with more than 25 years of experience across every level of the manufacturing supply chain. A native South Dakotan, Teresa credits her strong work ethic, resilience, and values-driven leadership to her roots. She is a graduate of Dakota Wesleyan University and a 2021 Silver Stevie Award recipient for Women Executive of the Year, recognized for her impactful, people-first leadership approach. Most recently, Teresa serves as General Manager of EPUI, a global manufacturing company. Known for collaborative and transparent leadership, she builds trust, drives accountability, and empowers teams to innovate and achieve sustainable operational excellence worldwide.
Nikkiah Hamilton, 382 Farmhouse Co.
Nikiah Hamilton is a farmer, wife, and mother who is deeply rooted in agriculture and faith. She is passionate about creating purposeful products through her work with tallow skincare and compost, reflecting her commitment to full-circle farming. Nikiah finds her greatest joy in spending time with her family and embracing the everyday rhythms of farm life, which she considers her favorite place to be. She also serves as a hub manager for the Women’s Ag Network, where she is dedicated to supporting and connecting women in agriculture.
