South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity West (SD CEO) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization partially grant funded by the Small Business Administration.
Your tax-deductible contribution will be used to help SD CEO West provide low-cost
trainings and programs, keep our business advisings free, and fulfill the SBA’s matching
fund requirement.
Making a Difference
SD CEO West is one of 140+ Women’s Business Centers nationwide and we are one of two
in the state of South Dakota. Recognized for its excellence and innovation in assisting
women entrepreneurs, SD CEO West earned the SBA Region VIII Women’s Business Center
of Excellence Award in 2013.
Through your donation, you will continue to help women entrepreneurs navigate the
unique obstacles they face, and succeed in starting and growing their industry-wide
businesses. SD CEO collaborates with many other organizations to optimize the resources
available, giving women entrepreneurs an edge in the competitive business world.

The programs and resources provided by the SBA and SD CEO West assist women and men
including veterans and youth to achieve their entrepreneurial goals and improve the
