Celebrating Women's Work: 100 Years of Suffrage

Celebrating Women's Work: 100 Years of Suffrage is a half day event on October 23, 2020 that will share the progress that has been made over the last 100 years as well as the gains yet to be made moving forward. This event is virtual only.  Find out more at: www.BHSU.edu/CelebrateSuffrage  

This event is a celebration of the 100th anniversary since the passing of the 19th Amendment which is when women started having the right to vote. You will learn about some of the historical women and events that have fueled the progress of women's rights over the last 100 years. We will also shed light on the progress yet to be made and empower you to take action.

This workshop is for small business owners and other professionals who want to leverage LinkedIn to help grow their business but don’t have a lot of time or resources to get it done.

Get Unstuck: Change Your Habits and Rock Your Workplace

Did you know? Approximately 40% of our daily behavior are habits? These habits can significantly impact our professional and personal lives.

Join Leah Braun, Senior Partner with Nsight Partners, on Thursday, October 29  from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for a virtual workshop as she helps you better understand how our habits influence our lives so you can get UNSTUCK and create real change in your life and workplace through this engaging online workshop. The intent of “Get Unstuck: Change Your Habits and Rock Your Workplace” is based on the notion that we can identify the habits that are helping us at work as well as those habits that are counter-productive and make changes to foster a more successful workplace. 

Leah is all about sharing practical, proven principles and best practices. You will leave with valuable tools, tips and techniques to use in your everyday professional and personal life. Worksheets and individual exercises along with setting personal goals will help challenge you to think differently and become accountable to yourself.

In this three-hour session, you will:

SD CEO Seminars and Major Events: All SD CEO registration payments are final. Your registration fee may be applied to a future event if you cancel at least 7 days prior to an event, or you may give your registration to a colleague or associate. Any registration cancellations less than 7 days prior to an event will not be applied to a future training.
Women in Networking (WIN): All WIN registration payments are final and cannot be applied to future events.

SD CEO Scholarships

SD CEO provides the highest quality workshops, professional development events, and training programs. Financial aid based on need is available for individuals who would otherwise be unable to access our services. The SD CEO offers scholarships up to 75% of the total program/event cost. The following information will be used to determine your scholarship eligibility and discount if selected. Scholarship are given based on the availability of scholarship funds. Scholarship preference is given to those who have a financial need, own or work for a small business, or work for a non-profit.
