BHSU’s Applied Health Science degree played a huge role in helping me transition seamlessly into SDSU’s nursing program. Throughout my time at the Rapid City campus, I felt incredibly supported by both my professors and counselors. My anatomy and physiology professor at the Rapid City location was one of the best instructors I have ever had and played a key role in preparing me for the rigor of nursing school. The faculty were knowledgeable and truly invested in my success, which helped me feel confident and prepared as I entered my program. My counselors were also very accommodating and helpful in connecting me with valuable resources and opportunities in Rapid City. Overall, my experience at BHSU gave me a strong foundation and the support I needed to succeed in my nursing journey!
