SOUTH DAKOTA ADVANTAGE: In-state Tuition FOR BORDERING STATES

Black Hills State University is now offering In-State Tuition for surrounding states: Colorado, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Minnesota students can still take advantage of the current reciprocity agreement.

Requirements

• No separate application for in-state tuition required
• Determined at the time of admission based on the permanent address listed on the application for admission
• Eligible students must be enrolling at BHSU on or after the summer semester of 2019 and have not previously attended BHSU
