Jacket Legacy Room
For your conference, reception, banquet, or large group events the Jacket Legacy Room is available to provide many services to your group. This multi-purpose facility can seat 250 people for a banquet or 350 in the lecture-style seating arrangement. Staging, audio and visual equipment, and a dance floor are available. A built-in sound system with four cordless microphones is offered in this facility as well as a 50 amp 125/250-volt receptacle for events that require additional power.
Ruddell Gallery
For an intimate reception, the Ruddell Gallery provides the perfect ambiance featuring student artwork and regional artists.
Clifford and Karen Trump Conference Room
Overlooking the Campus Green and adjacent to an outdoor patio, the Trump Conference Room is ideal for a board meeting of 18 guests. In addition, this area is easily adaptable to accommodate a luncheon or reception serving up to 30 guests.
Swarts Conference Room
The Swarts Conference Room is the perfect place for a smaller board meeting with seating for 14 guests. Windows provide natural lighting but are strategically placed for maximum group productivity.
Upper Conference Room
For smaller groups of up to 10 guests, the Upper Conference Room is the ideal space providing the same comfort as our larger conference rooms.
Hive Dining Area
Featuring an outdoor patio and lower dining area, the Hive Dining Room provides flexibility and options for your special events. Since this area is the main campus dining facility, availability is dependent on campus scheduled events and operation hours.
Club Buzz
For casual large group events and activities, Club Buzz offers the perfect atmosphere. Casual, comfy chairs and loveseats along with bistro tables and chairs make it great for dances, talent shows, and fun interactive events. Club Buzz also offers a stage with limited lights, three flat-screen televisions, and a portable dance floor. Club Buzz is also located adjacent to the Game Room, which has three pool tables, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table for you to enjoy.
