NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

New Student Orientation (NSO) is designed to help you make the transition to Black Hills State University as academically, personally, and socially smooth as possible. Course registration is a major part of your NSO day. We'll make sure you're talking with the Professional Advisors and faculty best suited to help you take the next step in your academic journey. In addition to registration, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other students, gain information about campus services, and tour your residence hall. You'll gain a lot from your NSO experience, and you'll leave prepared for the academic and social opportunities that await you in the fall. We look forward to welcoming you to campus!
