COLLEGE OF BUSINESS & NATURAL SCIENCES

The College of Business and Natural Sciences offers a wide range of academic programs, from Accounting, Management, Biology, Chemistry, and more. Opportunities are provided for all students to gain leadership skills through involvement with student organizations and to gain practical experiences through internships in business and industry. Faculty members are committed to excellence in teaching and are engaged in scholarly and grant activities.

COLLEGE OF EDUCATION & BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES

The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences is home to psychology, sociology, the education programs, and more. We are proud to be the largest teacher education program in the state of South Dakota. The placement rate of teacher-education graduates employed in education fields is over 90 percent. The educational experience is designed to be intellectually stimulating and socially challenging while preparing you for a productive teaching career. Our faculty are highly trained, genuinely caring and deeply committed to training the highest quality teachers possible.

COLLEGE OF LIBERAL ARTS

The College of Liberal Arts provides students with the opportunity to acquire a broad liberal education in the areas of fine and applied arts, humanities, mathematics, and social sciences. The college’s mission is to ensure that challenging academic majors and minors are offered in the various disciplines of the college to help prepare students for their future careers.
