What is Zoom?

Zoom is a video conferencing tool available right from your computer, allowing you to communicate with audio and video. Zoom also incorporates many useful tools, like screen sharing, session recording, chat options, and much more! It is a great tool to consider using for meetings, online office hours, remote guest speakers, and class group work.

How do I setup a session?

1. Zoom Client- BHSU Faculty and Staff members should already have the Zoom client installed on their work computers.

2. Outlook calendar - after you have installed the Outlook plugin.

3. Go to the Zoom web portal and click on 'Sign in.'

4. Directly within your D2L Course
