IN-STATE TUITION FOR CHILD OF ALUMNI

Children of Black Hills State University alumni are eligible for in-state tuition and fees through the Child of Alum program.

To be eligible, students must meet the following requirements:

• Be admitted to BHSU.
• Be a resident of a state other than South Dakota.
• Be an incoming freshman or transfer student whose parent or legal guardian(s) earned a degree from BHSU.

To continue with the in-state tuition, students must:

• Complete no less than 30 credit hours in an academic year
• Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA
