Interested in Internships?
Internships are typically one-time work or service experiences involving students who have already attained considerable academic preparation related to a professional field. The internship plan generally involves advanced undergraduate students, or graduate students, working in professional settings under the supervision and monitoring of practicing professionals.
Internships are very beneficial from a learning perspective, with academic credit generally being awarded for an intern experience. To learn more about internship credit at Black Hills State University, please view our Internship Manual. Frequently internship experiences involve some type of income.
