Kellie Hatch

Mrs. Kellie Hatch grew up on a farm in Lehi, Utah. Her grandmother was her inspiration and instilled in her the importance of an education. Kellie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and continued to earn her Master of Business Administration from Utah Valley University. She grew to love the environment of higher education and had a great desire to work with students at the university level.

Mrs. Hatch moved to South Dakota in 2020 and began working at Black Hills State University in 2021. In June 2023, Mrs. Hatch started in the Office of Field Experience as a Program Assistant. She finds much fulfillment in working with students and helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Mrs. Hatch enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an active member of her church and teaches classes in the early morning to the youth before work. She lives in Belle Fourche with her husband and together they have 7 children and 3 grandchildren - they are her greatest joys in life.
