(Postponed) BHSU & SDPB TO HOST SCREENING OF NEW TERMES ART SERIES

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR FALL 2023

Black Hills State University, in partnership with South Dakota Public Broadcasting (SDPB), is hosting a sneak peek screening of the new 12-episode art series, “How to Draw Using Perspectives with Dick Termes” Monday, April 3, at 7 p.m. in Meier Recital Hall on the campus of BHSU.

The new series explores Termes’ geometry-based system of six-part art and is the second in an online video series produced by SDPB in partnership with Asio Studio of Rapid City. The video series, which covers one-point to six-point perspective, will include a comprehensive educational website with perspective grids, activities ideas, and lesson plans that could be integrated into the classroom or for use at home.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A along with a reception where coffee and cookies will be served.
