Black Hills State University President Laurie S. Nichols, along with students, staff, and the BHSU mascot Sting, attended the Board of Regents’ Legislative Welcome Reception in January. During the event, representatives from all Board of Regents universities spoke with state legislators about the value of higher education in South Dakota.
