We provide business counseling assistance to aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals who are considering starting a business or grow their current business.

Our counseling services are tailored to the specific need of the individual or business and cover specific areas including start-up assistance, business plan development, management, marketing, financing, cash flow management, and other guidance needed to help South Dakota entrepreneurs achieve success. SD CEO counseling services are available at no charge and are completely confidential. 

When you sign up, you will receive a link to schedule a time that is convenient for you. We are available after working hours and weekends by request.

Office Hours

Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm

Advising appointments are available in-person, online or on the phone during normal office hours. Evenings and weekend appointments are also available.
