About Us

Information and Instructional Technology Services (IITS)

Our mission is to be a leader in promoting and enabling technology to enhance the learning environment. IITS works collaboratively with faculty, students and staff to leverage technology to advance and support BHSU’s delivery of education, development of research, and engagement of students.

Our guiding principles include a focus on communication, collaboration, efficiency, effectiveness, research, outreach, and service to the BHSU community in the field of information technology.

We are committed to improving the learning experience and to serving the needs of the "net generation" and our “non-traditional” students' expectations. In addition, we are dedicated to supporting our students, whether they are in our Spearfish/Rapid City service area or beyond.
