Description: "This performance of material from the book "Working" by Studs Turkel is being performed with the kind permission of the estate of Studs Terkel and his publisher The New Press."

Drive up to the gravel parking lot, east of the football stadium, and tune in with your radio for a COVID safe theatrical performance.

This show is a series of monologues from the book "Working" by Studs Terkel. He wrote extensively about everyday issues middle-class and working-class employees face.

BHSU student gains another incredible research opportunity

After his summer 2019 experience as a Davis-Bahcall Scholar, Black Hills State University student Curtis Petersen gained another research opportunity—this time a little closer to home. Petersen, a mathematics education major from Parade, S.D., was accepted into the NSF-funded BHSU Underground Science Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU).
