The Matthews presents Supaman at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 17. “Supaman” is Christian Takes Gun Parrish, a Native American dancer and innovative hip hop artist who has dedicated his life to empowering and spreading a message of hope, pride and resilience through his original art form. Tickets for BHSU students are only $10! Other tickets are available for $25 adults, $10 youth at the Matthews’ art gallery during business hours, Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by phone at 605-642-7973. Military Appreciation Night

You are invited to our Military Appreciation Night BHSU Women's & Men's Basketball games on Friday, January 17th.
The BHSU Basketball teams will be playing the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs at the Young Center.  
Start times:  Women's Game at 5:30 pm and Men’s at 7:30 pm
All Active Military and Veterans will receive two free tickets to the game. Just identify yourself as an active Military Service Member or a Veteran at the door.
This is a chance for Black Hills State University to say thank you to our active Military personnel as well as our Veterans who have served.  We look forward to seeing you there!

BHSU Scholarship Gala and Raffle to be held in person and virtually

This year Black Hills State University is combining its annual Scholarship Gala and Gold Rush Raffle event into one Comeback Extravaganza, inviting alumni, staff/faculty, and community members to raise funds for academics and athletics. The event will be at the Lyle Hare Stadium, or you can participate virtually, Saturday, Aug. 22, starting with a social hour starting at 6 p.m. The main event starts at 7 p.m.

BHSU students named to spring 2020 Dean’s List

Black Hills State University has released the Dean’s List for the spring 2020 semester. A total of 817 students maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher while taking at least 12 credit hours. Students are listed by hometown or current place of residence. Students that achieved a 4.0 GPA are recognized with an asterisk (*).
