Mayville N.D. - The Black Hills State University women's basketball team put up a decisive 18-point victory on the road against the Mayville State University Comets.  The Yellow Jackets won 88-70 to improve to 21-5 on the season and 10-2 in Dakota Athletic Conference play.

The Yellow Jackets were led by senior Jenna Bolstad who finished the contest with 19 points.  Black Hills State had shot well from the field with four players scoring in double figures.

"We are really playing solid basketball right now," said head coach Mark Nore.  "We are looking forward to coming home to the Young Center and contending for a conference championship."

Black Hills State will look to continue their winning streak as they finish out the regular season at home Friday, February 19 and Saturday, February 20 against Minot State and Dickinson State, respectively.  Both games will be played at the Donald E. Young Center in Spearfish, S.D.
