Head Coach John Scott commented, “This year's recruiting class along with the returning veterans will give us the largest squad that we have had here since our staff took over in 2003. There were still a good number of prospects available after our first signings and we believe we added some quality prospects who will develop into they type of players we need to win a conference championship. Our goal as a program will be to have 16 – 18 seniors every year. To do this we have to retain as many of these players as we can over the next four to five years, and it begins with recruiting the effort player who has a passion for the game”.
