Earn Your MBA in the Black Hills!

Black Hills State University is pleased to offer and is accepting applications for the MBA program offered in Rapid City. This two-year program is intended to provide a graduate business education for working professionals in western South Dakota.To accommodate employed students, all classes are delivered in a face-to-face format in the evening at the University Center-Rapid City.

The MBA consists of 33 graduate level contact hours (eleven courses) followed by 3 credit-hour supervised project. All MBA faculty members must have an earned doctorate related to the course work they teach and a history of sustained intellectual contributions within their discipline or an MBA and significant professional experience. Each faculty member is classified as academically or professionally qualified to teach graduate business administration.
