He is the first BHSU student to receive the honor. The award will include a $5,000 scholarship, unique travel opportunities, and valuable experiences in Fischer’s fields of study.

godspell_logo_thumb.jpg This July BHSU will open the doors on the premiere season of its summer theatre program at the Historic Homestake Opera House in Lead. During this first season, the troupe, known as the Black Hills State Players, will present the family-friendly musical “Godspell.” Performances will be held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Friday, July 13 through Sunday, Aug. 12.
