Nine Black Hills State University students will compete for the best design during this year’s Student Design Jam. The American Advertising Federation – Black Hills (AAF-BH) is hosting the 2014 Student Design Jam from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29 in the Jacket Legacy Room in the Donald B.
