BHSU Singers to present annual Medieval Evening

The Black Hills State University Singers are hosting the third annual Medieval Evening Nov. 16-18 at 6 p.m. in the David B. Miller Yellow Jacket Student Union Jacket Legacy Room.  The event is a fundraiser to benefit the BHSU music and theatre departments.

The evening will include dinner, theatre, and choral singing.  BHSU faculty members are coordinating the costumes, set, and music.  Dr. Jonathon Nero, associate music professor at BHSU, is the musical director.  Bert Juhrend, BHSU theatre director, and Dr. Pam Wegner, theatre professor, are designing the set and costumes respectively.

Reservations are required.  Tickets are $25 and are available weekdays by calling 642-6652 or 642-6133 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.  For more information, contact Janeen Larsen, chair of the fine arts department, at 642-6241 or JaneenLarsen@bhsu.edu.
