BHSU professor publishes book about Black Hills area

Stoltenberg
Dr. Scott Stoltenberg, associate professor of psychology at Black Hills State University, recently published a book highlighting great areas around the Black Hills region to ride a motorcycle.

The book, “Where to Motorcycle In & Around South Dakota’s Black Hills,” describes seven motorcycle trips in the region.

Stoltenberg says that he purchased a motorcycle after moving to the area four years ago and to justify this purchase, he told his wife, Shelley Stoltenberg, student engagement and programming coordinator at BHSU, he would write a book about riding in the Black Hills.

Stoltenberg has been a member of the BHSU faculty since 2004.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Saint John’s University and his master’s and doctorate degrees in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
