The Office of Academic Affairs at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D. has released the Dean’s List for the spring 2016 semester. A total of 690 students maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher while taking at least 12 credit hours.
Black Hills State University received approval from the South Dakota Board of Regents today to offer new bachelor of fine arts (BFA) degrees in graphic design, photography, and studio art.
The new BFA programs recognize the national standards for visual arts and communications by moving to a professional degree accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD).
