Online career training programs and classes available

South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity, located at Black Hills State University, announces two online career programs: Ed2Go online, short term, non-credit courses and Ed2Go online Career Training Programs. Both are designed to empower individuals and business professionals with an opportunity to sharpen their skills or learn new ones with over 200 high-quality, affordable instructor-led courses.

Ed2Go 'Short Term, Non Credit Online Courses' are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignment, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more. Courses are led by expert instructors, and can be completed entirely from your home or office, any time of the day or night. Andrea Bakeberg, SD CEO Assistant Director says, "These courses are affordable, fun, fast, convenient, and geared just for you. New Ed2Go courses start every six weeks and the next course offerings begin Dec. 9, Jan. 13, Feb. 10, and March 16.

Most of the online, non-credit courses are $99 and cover a wide range of topics ranging from business education, technology, college readiness, and personal development. Over 200 courses are available. New classes offered include Microsoft Excel 2016 Bundle (Introduction, Intermediate, Advanced) Introduction, Intermediate, and Advanced Microsoft Excel 2016 and Certificate in Legal and Ethical Issues in Healthcare.

The Ed2Go online Career Training Programs are available to start anytime and range from three to six months, with many offering an extension period if necessary. Many programs include an industry certification exam, and internship and externship opportunities are available for select programs. They are entirely web-based, but expert instructors provide office hours and quick responses to any student questions.
