At the Math Assistance Center (MAC), located in the E.Y. Berry Library, free tutoring is available for all students taking any level of mathematics. No appointmented is needed to get help from our mentors. Just walk in during the hours listed in the About Us tab. Check out the MAC Staff tab to find which mentor specializes in the subject you need assistance in, and check the fall 2024 schedule to find a time when they are available.

Hi there! My name is Megan Willman. I am a Math Education major with an emphasis in Biology. I am originally from South Dakota where I grew up on a ranch. My hobbies are kayaking, hiking, reading, and watching a good movie. My favorite math class at BHSU was Trigonometry and my favorite Biology class was Genetics. With that being said, I can tutor all math classes (101,103, 114, 120, 123, 125, 281), but I am most comfortable with MATH 101, 114, and 120.

Hi everyone!I’m Elizabeth Tidball from Edgemont, South Dakota, and I’m excited to be a senior at BHSU majoring in Professional Accountancy. Outside of my studies, you’ll often find me hanging out with friends or family, cheering on or participating in sporting events, or indulging in my hobby of creating art. My name is Megan Brozik, and I am from Winner, SD. I am senior majoring in math and science education composite with a minor in theatre. When I graduate, I plan to stay in the Black Hills area for a couple of years to teach middle school math or high school chemistry. I hope to inspire students to be their best selves and to remind them that they can do hard things!
