HOW TO ACKNOWLEDGE

WestCore is funded in part by a grant from the IDeA program of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). If your project received financial support from WestCore in the form of a supply cost waiver, you need to acknowledge our NIH grant support in all presentations and publications in accordance with the NIH policy on public access. Please use the following text to ensure proper citation of the grant. Please work with your publisher to ensure your journal publications are submitted to PubMed in accordance with the public access policy.

‘Research reported in this (publication, release) was supported by an Institutional Development Award (IDeA) from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences of the National Institutes of Health under grant number P20GM103443.  Its contents are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily represent official views of NIGMS or NIH.”**

**You should also add specific details related to the core facility and research personnel with whom you worked. For example, “All sample analysis was performed in WestCore, the SD BRIN DNA Core Facility. WestCore’s Research staff contributed valuable technical expertise to this project.”

If no financial support was received, we would appreciate if you would acknowledge WestCore’s assistance with your project**.
