Online CLEM Program Requirements

Earn Your Crisis Leadership and Emergency Management Certificate Online!

Black Hills State University is pleased to offer and is accepting applications for the CLEM graduate certificate program offered online. This one-year program is intended to provide a graduate education for working professionals in the field of crisis leadership and emergency management. The certificate consists of 12 graduate level credit-hours (four courses).  Students are encouraged to take 2 courses each 16 week semester to complete the program in the shortest time.
