Did you know? Approximately 40% of our daily behavior are habits? These habits can significantly impact our professional and personal lives.

Join Leah Braun, Senior Partner with Nsight Partners, on Thursday, October 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for a virtual workshop as she helps you better understand how our habits influence our lives so you can get UNSTUCK and create real change in your life and workplace through this engaging online workshop. The intent of “Get Unstuck: Change Your Habits and Rock Your Workplace” is based on the notion that we can identify the habits that are helping us at work as well as those habits that are counter-productive and make changes to foster a more successful workplace.

Leah is all about sharing practical, proven principles and best practices. You will leave with valuable tools, tips and techniques to use in your everyday professional and personal life. Worksheets and individual exercises along with setting personal goals will help challenge you to think differently and become accountable to yourself.

In this three-hour session, you will:
-Create a personal “why” statement and vet that against your workplace mission
-Learn the science behind habits and how habits are formed
-Examine your own healthy habits
-Identify where you are stuck (habits that are counter-productive to your workday)
-Discuss the significance of a forced change, such as those caused by Covid-19, and how to cope with change
-Learn a proven method for starting or eliminating a habit
-Come to understand the power of awareness and mindfulness
-Discover resources for support while undergoing change
