Scrubs Camp

Thanks for your interest in the Spearfish Scrubs Camp.

Join us for SCRUBS Camp 2020 at Black Hills State University on Tuesday, March 10th. Camp will run from about 8:30AM-3:30PM.

Please To register download this PDF form and have the student,parent/guardian, and counselor/teacher/admin digitally sign their sections. All sections must be signed on one form, so we recommend saving the PDF and passing it to each person one-at-a-time. When each person has signed, saved, and sent it back to you, then you can come back to this page and upload it and send it us. The registration deadline for SCRUBS camp; March 5th.
