South Dakota Secretary of State to present a free workshop in Spearfish

South Dakota Secretary of State Shantel Krebs

South Dakota's Secretary of State, Shantel Krebs, will present a free workshop, "Filing Requirements," at the Spearfish Holiday Inn on Tuesday, March 8, 1:30-3:30 p.m. This workshop is hosted by the South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity, SD CEO, at Black Hills State University.

This workshop will teach participants what information needs to be filed with the state, what business information is considered public record, and what resources are available to the public for guidance.

"This workshop will give new, established, and aspiring business owners free information to navigate the filing process and requirements for the State of South Dakota. Attending this workshop will give you an opportunity to receive important information, find helpful resources, and ask questions," says Helen Merriman, SD CEO Director.
