Black Hills State University will host an awards ceremony Thursday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. in the Joy (Proctor) Krautschun Alumni/Foundation Welcome Center to honor the student finalists in the "Where Anything is Possible" tagline contest.

"BHSU is a place where dreams become realities where anything is possible," said BHSU President Tom Jackson, Jr.  "We have brilliant students and we challenged them to create a fun and innovative advertising message. Having their work shown during the Super Bowl and on a billboard is one way for us to highlight our students' remarkable ideas."

The winning video will be shown throughout the state during the Super Bowl broadcast and the winning billboard entry may be placed on a billboard in South Dakota so prospective students, parents and others will have the opportunity to see the BHSU students' winning work.

"Many viewers tune in to the Super Bowl to see the 'best of the best' in terms of advertising and marketing," said Corinne Hansen, director of University and Community Relations at BHSU. "We're excited to showcase an ad by a BHSU student to the Super Bowl audience."
