Women in Networking Luncheon to be held at Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center

The South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity (SD CEO) Women&rsquos Business Center at Black Hills State University, with SCORE and Constant Contact, will host a Women in Networking (WIN) luncheon and "Promote Your Events" workshop at the Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center in Lead Thursday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Doors will open at 10 a.m., with "Promote Your Events" workshop at 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. The WIN Networking Luncheon will be held from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. with an optional Sanford Trolley Tour offered from 1 p.m.-2 p.m.

Corissa St. Laurent, Director of Regional Development for Constant Contact, will be instructing "Promote Your Events," a workshop designed to teach attendees new strategies to promote events and make every event a success.

St. Laurent is a small business marketing expert and advocate with 15 years of experience in relationship marketing, new media marketing, event marketing, brand consulting, PR, promotions and education. Since 2009 she has educated over 40,000 people on behalf of Constant Contact on the power of engagement marketing.

WIN (Women in Networking) provides networking opportunities for women in the Northern Black Hills and surrounding communities. WIN connects women, familiarizes participants with other businesses and/or upcoming events, and supports the SD CEO Women&rsquos Business Center.

Seating is limited, cost is $35 for the workshop only $25 for WIN on the Move luncheon only or $45 for registration to both workshop and luncheon. The trolley tour is available for a $5 fee, paid directly to the Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center.
