Shane Sarver is taking the lead on writing executive summaries of the initiatives. The idea is to have various groups generating ideas and working with Dr. Sarver on them. Dr. Custer passed out some reports regarding initiatives that he was involved in at a former institution.

President Nag inquired about Listening Lunches and dates. A schedule for this will be developed.

Jami Stone asked why Turn-It-In should not be utilized at BHSU and Dr. Custer responded that there was very little use of it in the past on this campus and it was decided to not pay the fee for use of the program. Therefore, technically we are not to use the software.

Dr. Custer was thanked for his updates.
