• Why do I need to make an online appointment?
  We want to be sure we can give you the best service possible. If you make an appointment, a consultant will be available so you can chat online in real time about your paper, just as if you were here at the Writing Center.
   

• If I request an online consultation, how long will it take?
  A writing consultant will contact you within 24 hours with an appointment time. Online sessions can be up to 50 minutes long, and subsequent appointments can be arranged if more help is needed.
   

• I just have a quick question. Do I need to make an appointment? 
  Not necessarily. Click on the LiveChat icon at the bottom of any of our site's pages to contact us for simple questions regarding our hours, where we're located, etc. If a consultant feels that a formal appointment would be helpful, that will be suggested.
