Westcore is a fully staffed, automated DNA facility. 

Westcore employs four senior research scientists, and two full-time research associates. 

In addition, many undergraduate and graduate students participate in research at the DNA core facility. 

In addition to our two automated ABI 3130 genetic analyzers, we have real-time PCR and microarray capability. 

We currently have our own accountant, shipping clerk, secretary, and do our own billing/accounting. 

Our newly established outreach program is designed to enhance and diversify funding, and develop strong community ties for CCBR/Westcore.
