JJ DiGeronimo shares Leadership Strategies for Professional Women. She is the president of Purposeful Woman and Tech Savvy Women, organizations that connect, empower & celebrate women.
JJ is a featured columnist for Smart Business Magazine and an award-winning author of the highly sought-after books for professional women, “The Working Woman’s GPS,” and “Before You Say Yes” (e-book). She also co-authored, “The Confident Woman, Tapping into Your Inner Power.”
Before starting Purposeful Woman, JJ had a twenty-year career in high tech, advancing into leadership positions within Silicon Valley-based technology companies including VMware and Inktomi. She began her career designing datacenter infrastructures for Fortune 500 companies after graduating with a computer information systems degree in 1995.
Through her speaking engagements and keynote addresses, workshops, videos and webinars, JJ delivers effective leadership strategies to advance professional women. She also guides and advises corporations on how to more effectively empower and promote professional women to achieve the numerous benefits of though diversity.
JJ is a regular guest on TV and radio shows and has been featured in numerous publications including Working Mother Magazine, Fox Business, Woman’s Magazine, SHRM, Woman’s Day Magazine, The Glass Hammer, the Grindstone, ITWorld, Forbes, Career-Intelligence and Rescue a CEO. She has shared her insights and discoveries with many corporations and women’s organizations including CISCO, Symantec, Sears Holding Company, Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology), WITI, YWCA, Timken, VMware, Bad Girl Ventures, and Dress for Success.
She’s received the Innovation Award from the Small Business Network, been named one of the Top 25 People in Technology in “Inside Business Cleveland” and was awarded the Next Generation Indie Book Awards for her book.
JJ lives with her husband & two children in Cleveland, Ohio.

Linda Rabe is the President and CEO of the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, she served as the Chamber’s Vice President, and worked for the Rapid City Convention & Visitors Bureau, a division of the Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce, for 5 years. Linda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from National American University. She is the only Certified Chamber Executive in South Dakota and is a 2000 graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute Program. Linda was honored as the 2015 Chamber Executive of the Year by the Mid-American Chamber Executives Association, was awarded the Communication & leadership Award from Toastmasters International, was awarded the National American University’s 2002 Alumni Distinguished Service Award, the 2008 Girls Scouts Woman of Distinction, the 2009 Cosmopolitan Distinguished Service Award, and was one of 130 civilians nationwide selected to attend the Air Force War College in 2005. Linda and her husband Denny have 4 children, yours mine and ours, Brett in S Carolina, Travis in Nevada, JD just moved back to Rapid City and Breon in Lake Tahoe and 6 AMAZING Grandchildren.

Priscilla was born and raised in Spearfish, SD where she earned her undergraduate degree at BHSU. She went on to the University of Wyoming for her Ph.D. in education and taught at various universities following that. Priscilla is currently a member of the Zonta Club of Spearfish, the Spearfish Area Community Foundation, National Association for Business Teach Education (NABTE), and the National Business Education Association Executive Board.

As founder of Black Hills PR, headquartered in Spearfish, SD, Michelle and her dynamic tribe help clients rethink new media, customer relationships and revenue streams. Services include: public relations, social media, copy writing, digital and sales strategy, training, market research and management of marketing automation platforms. The Black Hills PR team manages all social media and travels with the Pro Rough Stock Series, the premiere rough stock association on their nation-wide, televised tour.
Michelle serves as a board member for the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce, is uncommonly optimistic, a renegade extrovert and a huge fan of personal development and individual growth.

JACKIE NETTLETON, President of Mountain Movers Construction, Inc
Jackie Nettleton has been President and CEO of Mountain Movers Construction for the past 11 years. Although Mountain Movers began as a small start-up company, it now comprised of 8 companies and spans 4 states. Nettleton began in the residential market but quickly moved into commercial construction with an emphasis on federal and state procurement.
Due to its success, Mountain Movers is able to sponsor numerous community organizations and has been excited to participate in community education and scholarship funds. Nettleton also helps mentor 3-6 small business owners per month and enjoys sharing her experiences and lessons learned with those just starting out. Nettleton is thankful to be able to give back to the community that has been so good to her business.
Nettleton has won numerous awards including Region 8 SBA Business of the Year, SBA Small Business of the Year Award for South Dakota, and First Generation Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
