Priscilla was born and raised in Spearfish, SD where she earned her undergraduate degree at BHSU. She went on to the University of Wyoming for her Ph.D. in education and taught at various universities following that. Priscilla is currently a member of the Zonta Club of Spearfish, the Spearfish Area Community Foundation, National Association for Business Teach Education (NABTE), and the National Business Education Association Executive Board.

After facing many obstacles as a young, single mother and overcoming a serious illness, Jamie moved to Lead in 2010 with her husband and two daughters. Gilcrease took a leap of faith and bought a small coffee house that was showing very little gross income/profit. In less than three years, she increased the income by 200%, lowered the cost of goods by 3% and now employs 4-7 people. Since taking over the coffee shop, she has added a drive-thru, banquet room, and a large outside deck. She has incorporated new strategies and is always looking for better ways to improve her business.
Product Development Manager, Strider Sports International Inc.
Chenoa Jensen is the Product Development Manager at Strider Sports International, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing development of projects from initial design through marketing. Originally from South Dakota, Chenoa graduated from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has diverse work and life experiences to draw from, including aircraft systems design, international coordination, education, and even politics. Her work experiences have resulted in a patent, multiple honors, and several publications.
Owner of Country Place Senior Living, Comfort Keepers of the Black Hills and Comfort Keepers in Bismarck
Lezlie's entrepreneurial passion led her to purchase her first Comfort Keepers, senior and adult in-home care franchise, location in 2003. She co-founded Care Concepts, LLC and Belle Estates, LLC in 2008 to help start her dream of building an asisted living center in a fine living environment. Country Place Senior Living opened in Belle Fourche in 2010. In 2011, Lezlie opened another Comfort Keepers franchise in Bismarck, ND. The businesses have served over 1500 seniors over the past 10 years and employ 85 caring individuals.
