Carol Grannis and Cindy Maher founded Leading Edge Coaching and Development in 2003 with a vision of offering leadership coaching, training and consulting that would be completely unique in the marketplace. That difference lies within their background- a blend of business and management experience, a deep expertise in leadership, adult learning and educational practices- and their delivery- learning that is brought to life through live theatre and improvisational comedy.
They have brought their memorable learning experiences to hundreds of audiences throughout the world. They have ongoing relationships with Fortune 500 companies (in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, advertising, financial services and healthcare), the federal government (including the National Institutes of Health and the FDA), state government agencies, manufacturing companies, and colleges and universities. Their curriculum and course materials have been translated in over nine languages.
Facilitated by Dr Priscilla Romkema, a panel of successful entrepreneurs will share their business experiences from startup, to corporate ladder positions, to business ownership.
