While services are available to all those interested in entrepreneurship, our special focus is on:

• Socially disadvantaged
• Youth entrepreneurs
• Women veterans

Together the SD CEO, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), SCORE and other strategic partners can provide the critical skills, knowledge, tools and support network to start and grow a business.

The SD CEO does not offer funding, but will refer to possible funding sources through SBA or other Strategic partners.
