Army ROTC offers 4, 3, and 2 year scholarships.  Scholarships can vary, but can pay for 100% tuition & fees or room & board, a monthly stipend and $600 each semester for books.

Army ROTC scholarships also provide monthly living allowances for each school year. You can earn certain amounts depending on your level in the Army ROTC curriculum: 

Monthly Stipend 

Freshman year    $300 per month

Sophomore year  $350 per month

Junior year          $450 per month

Senior year         $500 per month

Non-scholarship Cadets also receive this stipend when enrolled in the advanced course.

All Army Officers are provided tuition assistance to earn their first graduate degree. As ROTC graduates, students can petition and be selected to attend Graduate School as their Army job.  The will attend at no cost and receive their normal pay and benefits.  That means the Army will pay them approximately $65,000 per year to be graduate students!
