Payment Policy

After completing and submitting the above application, please mail the following by March 1:

non-refundable deposit of $200
CD or video recording of three works, two in foreign language and one in English

If you are not accepted into the program, the deposit will be refunded. The full amount of $795 plus 7% SD sales tax ($850) is due April 15, 2013. Scholarship applications are due by March 1, 2013, with a notification of the scholarship committee's decision by mid-March. For applications made after March 1, there will be a $50 late fee.
