I submitted my hours, but did not receive a pay check.

If you submitted your hours but did not receive a pay check, follow these instructions:

  1. Check the status of your timesheet to see if it has been approved.
  2. If your timesheet has not been approved, please contact your supervisor. They can approve or make changes up to 4:00 PM the day the timesheet is due.
  3. If your timesheet has been approved, please contact the Human Resources Department at 605.642.6549 or
