NCS provides computer/network technical support for faculty, staff, and students for all university related business. NCS maintains faculty and staff computers for office use, as well as student use lab computers. NCS does not work on personal computers, and assumes no responsibility for such items.

Network & Computing offers the following services to BHSU to students, faculty and staff:

  You may check your email via Outlook, on your office computer, or you may use Outlook Web Access from any computer with Internet access. The Black Hills State University email system is protected from virus/worms/spam/and other potentially dangerous electronic communications.   The Academic Network consists of computer labs, classrooms, research facilities, training labs, and other areas where students and computing technology come together. Get wired in or connect wirelessly at BHSU. If you're on campus, ResNet (Residential Computing Services) is a residence-wide computer network that provides access to university resources and the Internet throughout the residence halls.   Black Hills State University offers access to your L Drive files from any computer with an internet connection, on or off campus! The L Drive provides access to files to both faculty and students.
