
Barbara Zwetzig, Director
Barbara Zwetzig joined Black Hills State University in June of 2008 as the Director for the Center of Business, Entrepreneurship and Tourism. Her mission is to create the Northern Black Hills Business Incubator on the BHSU campus. A native of Rapid City and a graduate of SDSM&T, Barbara returned to the Black Hills in the spring of 2006. Prior to joining BHSU, Barbara worked for Boomerang Management Enterprises, LLC in Rapid City for nearly two years as their Director of Operations. Before Boomerang, Barbara spent 17 years with Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in Loveland, Colorado. Her roles there included Project Manager, Business Process Consultant, Supply Chain Manager, Production Supervisor and Operations/Materials Planner. Barbara received her MBA from Colorado State University. She received her Incubator Management Certification from the National Business Incubation Association in 2010. She is Vice President of the Spearfish Economic Development Corporation board of directors and Treasurer for the D.C. Booth Society board of directors.
