The Center for Business, Entrepreneurship & Tourism provides support for College of Business & Technology students who are looking to undertake internships in order to gain practical experience and build a resume.
“Internships that were previously an option for the highly motivated have become a basic necessity for any undergraduate student who wants to demonstrate that he or she is capable of being successful in life outside of college.”
To receive credit for an internship, the following guidelines must be met:
- Transcript: 64+ credits accumulated and a GPA> 2.0
- Resume
- Application: Appendix A from Internship Manual
- Employer agreement and Job Description: Appendix B from Internship Manual
