Black Hills State University is now offering In-State Tuition for Wyoming residents.

The BHSU Border Bonus begins in Summer 2013.

  • For the first time BHSU is offering in-state tuition for Wyoming residents
  • A savings of $7,500 (over the course of a four-year degree)
    • No separate application for in-state tuition required.
    • Determined at the time of admission based on the permanent address listed on the application for admission.
    • Eligible students must be enrolling at BHSU on or after the summer semester of 2013 and have not previously attended BHSU.
